All our products are handcrafted and may show slight variations in colour, texture, or finish. These are not defects but characteristics of handmade goods. Orders & Payment Orders are confirmed once payment has been received.

We accept payment via the methods available at checkout.

Shipping

We ship from the Netherlands. Delivery times and shipping costs are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Liability

Bobbejaan & Louise is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Governing Law These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
